The national economy sustainable growth passes through the transportation infrastructure issue, particularly considering the road transportation. However, most of the Brazilian roads is in deplorable condition, increasing costs in general and even discouraging the development of vast areas of the country.
An innovative action is needed to reverse this critical situation. In this context, ARMTEC has developed systems for prior evaluation of paved roads, contributing for an increase in the paving quality of Brazilian roads.

The project is an equipment for production of asphaltic mixtures (MIXER), which basically consists of a container in which are placed the components of asphaltic mixture that it intends to obtain, being the container under the action of a heater and a mixture shovel.
The Large Size Simulation Robot (RSGP.V1.0) is an equipment for the accomplishment of field tests, that aims the accelerated evaluation of pavements in all of its composition. It can apply a load that will influence the pavement layers, including the covering, base and sub-base.
